The form has been marking fields as required even when they are completed, even when you click out of them, tab through them, etc. It has prevented people from submitting our form.

Is your form embedded in a webpage? I just filled it, and did not find that issue you are experiencing.

Please delete any field that is requesting for login credentials(or any other field that violates our terms), that goes against our terms of use:

"Phishing. You agree that JotForm, Inc. may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining, for example: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately."

If those fields are not deleted from your forms, your account will be suspended.

No, the link that I shared with you is the only place that the jotform is filled out. I was using Chrome. I was not experiencing the issue a moment ago, but it's been reported to me by coworkers as well.

Edit: I hid the google analytics login information so it did not delete existing data.

I could not reproduce the problem when I test your form here.

I think what happened is that the user failed to fill the name in the first place so it triggers the error when they submit the form. It can be corrected by filling the field but you're right, the error didn't go away in real time which is confusing but the form can be submitted after that.

Anyway, I understand that the required error on the full name is really confusing as it is not working like the other fields. The error should go away after the field is filled.

I have escalated this to our developers. Once this is fixed, we will let you know here.

P.S. I can still see the field asking login credentials. Please delete it, otherwise, our automatic phishing filter will suspend your account since this is a violation of our terms. Thanks for your understanding.
