I am looking to create an input table whereby a respondent can rate their interest level on a 1-10 scale for a variety of occupations.  For each occupation, I would like to provide a hyperlink to a webpage that can provide additional information about the occupation which can inform their rating decision.

I have a table of occupations with hyperlinks that I would look to import into field. However, when I import to the table the hyperlinks are not retained.

    Example:

    Amusement and Recreation Attendants
    Baristas
    Bridge and Lock Tenders
    Cashiers
Combined Food Preparation and Serving Workers, Including Fast Food
    Conveyor Operators and Tenders
    Cooks, Fast Food
    Cooks, Short Order

Unfortunately, the Form Builder will not be able to copy the links attached to the text. You need to manually add the links using HTML anchor tag in the Input Table Properties > Fields tab.

    Here's an example:

    Here's the result:

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

I copied the formula exactly as you have prescribed yet, I don't get the hyperlinked text instead I get

I was able to replicate the issue with the new card form layout. It seems that the feature is not yet added into the card layout.

Let me forward this to our L2 team for further review. We apologize for this inconvenience in the meantime.

By the way, the anchor tags works with the old Jotform layout. You can convert your form into old layout for the meantime by going to your form's settings.
