I used FCW to create fields containing the sums of other fields. The FCW fields were hidden, and intended to facilitate summary data for export.
Most of the data come from fields of an input table.
However, in FCW's field properties (to see what items contribute to total score) FCW now only shows the name of the overall "question" for the input table, which is of no use because I never entered anything there in constructing the input table. So, all I see is rows of "Type a question_" and seem unable to access the underlying data source.
Do you have a suggestion to get this information?
I have not edited the forms in a long time, so am a bit disoriented by V4 and updated widgets as well.

If the field was renamed, it should change the name of the field in the Form Calculation widget settings. I'm seeing a lot of fields that are still in its default value which is "Type a question". It's probably those fields that are added to the calculation widget.
Please try renaming all other fields with "Type a question" value and see if that updates the name in your calculation widget settings as well.
Let us know how it goes.
