In JotForm Cards, how can I add the "other" option to drop-down, single choice, and multiple choice fields?

In the newer format of Jot card in the Dropdown, single or multiple choice can I have a field of "other" where the consumer can add text themselves if none of my options apply?

The "Other" option is available on both the Single Choice and Multiple Choice fields on JotForm Cards.

The option to enable it is under the Options tab of the field's properties.

As for the drop-down field, I'm afraid the option is not available even in the other layout.

However, I would still suggest that you check the User Contributed Dropdown widget and see if it will fit your needs.

Respondents would be able to add a permanent option to the widget. Meaning, when an option is added, it will be available to the next person filling up the form.
