Can I collect payment information to process without using a widget?

I want to collect payment information to process without using a widget.  Is that possible?

Unfortunately, no. According to our Terms-of-Use, collecting sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information is highly forbidden. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.
