Payments: Disabled products are preventing to submit the form

    Are you referring to the submissions page not loading, or the form getting stuck on "please wait" when attempting to submit it? If that is correct, please let us know what is the exact form where you are experiencing this issue.

    Sorry for any inconvenience caused. I am able to replicate the problem you have. When I tried to submit the clone of your form, I am facing with errors on the browser's console.

    I found the reason of the problem. You have disabled some products on your payment field. Unfortunately, they prevent to submit the form.

    I can suggest you enabling or deleting them for now. By this way, the users will not face any submission errors.
