Other pages of our website show "https" but the conflict form page doesn't. Please let me know step by step what I need to do to fix this.

It was due to the image on your Header Field:
The image is being loaded from a non-https page causing the security warning on the browser. To fix this, re-upload your image by doing the following:
If by any chance you don't have that same image anymore, feel free to use this link instead and select ENTER URL on #3 above.
