I don't know my encryption key - HELP

I don't know how long ago it was created and I don't have it.

Please try searching the key file in your download folder:

If you don't have it, the already encrypted submissions are lost, as there is no way to decrypt them. Please turn off the encryption feature to avoid losing access to future submissions:
