How to create action trigger items to send email using survey form

2. Do you have the ability to create "triggers" For example out of 20 questions on a survey, 5 of them may be action items for me, which I get a trigger email telling me to do those action items when a survey is completed based on the responses. 

I think what you are looking for is the conditional email feature.
