Form disappear in popup lightbox (Adobe Muse)

Hi Everyone,

I am new to Jotform. I inserted the same form twice in my website which is created by Adobe Muse. The normal form at the bottom works fine. But the form in the popup lightbox doesn't shows up. I used the same method to insert these forms. Could anyone help to make it working? Much appreciated!

But I saw the problem with pop-up form.
