Form not saving updates

I am working on a form and it is not updating the changes. I wanted to remove the welcome page but it stays.

In the builder (see screenshot) the color chosen doesn't show in the published form.

I have cleared your forms cache too, may be that your form is loading a browser cached version, may you please try using incognito mode and see if your form updates.
