Quickbooks Online integration

If one of these companies could sync payments to individual invoices via quickbooks would be great.  I have yet to find one.

Unfortunately, we do not have a direct integration with Quickbooks. I will raise your request to our developers. However, we can not provide you the exact time when and if this will be implemented. If there is any update we will inform you via this thread.

For now, I can only suggest you to use Zapier, which has integration with Quickbook:
