I have Jotforms for my organiization (Texas A&M Health Sciecne Center), but I found a bug related to use of extensions in an upload form button.
The bug is fixed in the online/free version but apparently *not* in my version.
What version am I using? Is there any easy way to tell? I've got a request into our help desk but havne't heard an answer yet.

Based on our records you have the your account is under free version. But a way for you to know your account type (version) you may check it under account settings, here's how:
1. Login to Jotform
2. Click the Account Settings button in the lower part of the page
The Account Type determines your account version...
- cyberchucktxAnswered on October 31, 2012 at 01:34 PMNo, I want the VERSION.
The version I'm interested in is the version I have at work (I know I have the free version in the hosted form).
I've attached a screenshot of my "Account Settings" screen.
SO ... can you tell me how to look up the VERSION (v2, v3, etc.) ?

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding.
JotForm is now in Version 3.0.
- cyberchucktxAnswered on October 31, 2012 at 02:02 PMHello:
This is NOT my question.
My question is: WHAT VERSION IS THE JOTFORMS I USE AT WORK?
We have an in-house version of Jotforms. I am getting a different response to my form online (Free version, hosted)
from the form I have online on OUR Jotforms instance.
So ... I want to find out WHAT VERSION OF JOTFORMS AM I USING AT WORK?
Surely there is SOME way to discover this?
