Is it posssible to get the submissions automatically to MS excel?! Perhaps with a "import external data" tool in excel?!
It would be nice, if you send me an answer!

Unfortunately, such automatically importing data to excel is not available as of the moment . What you can do is to simply create an Excel report and bookmark the URL provided on your browser. That link will always bring you the latest updates. So, all you need to do is to click on your bookmark and you will get all entries.
Thank you for using Jotform. Let us know if there's anything else that you require assistance with.

Hi! I tried it, the way you described it. It works BUT the link will not bring me the latest updates - it will bring me all submissions.
My Question: Is it possible to delete the submissions, when they are downloaded one time (1x)?! If that will be possible, I will get only the latest submissions (only unreaded).
I hope of an answer! Thanks!

You cannot delete the submissions unless you enter into your account and do it manually either one by one ,or selecting the button DELETE ALL.
This way you can sort the submissions like in any spreadsheet, from newer to older

Hi Jeanette, I have already tried it with Google Spreadsheet. It works good! BUT I found no way to sync Google Spreadsheet with my (offline) Excel. Also the test via Google Drive (and Dropbox) didn´t led ultimatly to the wished result.
My goal: I need the submission-data offline for further processings.
I have found a way on the basis of the idea of moonzkie (see above) in combination with some macros. It works but is not very stable and complicated. It is also difficult to automatethis solution.
...perhaps you have another idea for me?!

My solution is based on an download (as an Excel sheet) via bookmarked link. My problem is, that it is always a new file. So I have to import the (downloaded) submissions of the excel sheet via macro to my application, on which I am working.
Has jotform a wishlist ?!

Yes, you can make a request on this thread and I will submit the request to our dev team.
May I ask about What happened with Google spreadsheets that stopped you from using such integration?
Here is a link that may give you more information about using Google spreadsheets offline:
Hope that helps!
