According to the system everything is in order, but the leads are not yet on my MailChimp list. Can you give me more information about it? The records I made from JotForm do not appear in MailChimp.

I've cloned your form and integrated with a MailChimp account. After a test submission, I was able to see the new registration from the MailChimp account as shown below:
I may suggest you remove your current integration and create a new one.
If you do still having problems, please share with us a more in-depth information that may able us to help you better,

I think the Mail Chimp integration works with all languages, please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
