How do I see my forms once I've created and saved them? I can't open under "My Forms"

You need to log in to your account, and you will be redirect to "My Forms" page, where you will see all your forms. If you are actually inquiring on how to view submissions, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions 

If a form you created is not listed in your "My Forms" list, please share the link to the form, or the URL of the webpage where you might have embedded it, so we can check further.
