Why is Jotform Branding appearing on Bronze Plan

We are now seeing jotform branding on the bottom of our form despite being on a bronze plan. We are paying to not have this branding for a more professional look and feel

Apologies for any inconviniences caused. To remove the branding kindly follow instructions below.

Please follow these steps in order to remove JotForm branding:

1. Open https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

2.  Uncheck the "JotForm Branding" checkbox as shown in this screenshot:
