Missing Form

    Hello,

    I created a form, which I was using to accept applications for more than a month now. The form is missing from "my forms" and can't seem to accept the applications. Please help as this is urgent!

    Is it maybe Nolbed Application 2018/19 form? that form is located inside of the Trash folder in your account. You can restore it from the Trash folder. Inside of this guide, you can find how to do it:

    If some other form is missing, please provide us a link of that form or a webpage URL if the form is embedded.
