Jotform Cards - Use my previous contact information by clicking a checkbox

Is there some type of option that allows people to hit a checkbox that says use the same contact information from the last time that same user filled out that form? But only fill out information on one jotform card question- not the entire form? A person who fills out the form again will have different selections to make, but the contact information would be the same.

Unfortunately, it's not possible. A workaround would be to use our Prepopulate URL feature to generate the form with existing or previous values. 

Use this app to generate the base URL: http://prepopulate.jotform.io/. Here's an example when you prefill the fields in the app:

https://form.jotform.com/80937145740964?name[first]=welvin&name[last]=jotform&email=welvinrc%40jotform.com.com&address[country]=Philippines 

Now, to generate the URL, simply change values to the name selector of the fields;

welvin to {name:first}

jotform to {name:last}

email to {email}

Country to {address:country}

To make it;

https://form.jotform.com/80937145740964?name[first]={name:first}&name[last]={name:last}&email={email}&address[country]={address:country}

Put this link in the email for them to click and be able to keep the same values of the targetted fields.
