Hi,
I've created this survey which incorporates several soundfiles from soundcloud. Sometimes the soundfiles could not be played (some of them) as reported by multiple users. When I tried to check the codes, they completely disappeared! and even after entering several times the embed coded still it doesn't work! so now I don't dare to touch it anymore!
Another issue is that I have made an account in Jotform, but it's constantly asking me to log in. after logging in again it's not logged in! seems very shady!I would very much recommend using your services to the academies and institutes I'm working with, as the system seems promising, but these are really serious issues and I hope you could fix them ASAP!

I would suggest using our SoundCloud widget instead of the HTML or Text field. We do not allow many of HTML elements in the text field, and that's the reason why the codes disappear once you edit it.

As for the account issue, allow me to address that matter in this new thread here https://www.jotform.com/answers/1436760.

Hi, thanks a lot for the quick reply. problem with the widget is that I wanted the original files be private and embed via "secret link" but the widget only shows public links.

I see. Use our iframe embed widget instead: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/iframe_embed. Get the direct URL of the audio from the embed codes. Example:
You need to re-configure your conditions after.
