My information is changing after I save it

This has been very embarrassing to have the links, the respond-to-address change. Is there a manual save?

We are premiering this system with great fanfare and it has been very embarrassing to have the links--which were checked very carefully by more than one person--to change back.

Help!

Forms should not be changing unless changes are being made to them.  Any changes to the form can be viewed and undone using your forms revision history:
