On one of our forms, the option to hide empty/un-filled form fields on the email submission we receive does not work. We consistently see those empty fields. Can you help fix this?

Might be due to the customization applied to the email template.
If "hide empty fields" isn't working, we always suggest deleting the existing notification and create a new one. After that, carefully remove the image logo and insert the text you want. Use Ctrl+Shift+V keys when you paste a text so the text formatting copied from the other source won't be carried over.
