Form embedded in Wordpress says "please wait" but never submits

    Hi,

    I embedded a JotForm link into Wordpress and it looks great. However, when I try to fill in the boxes and submit a form it just says "please wait" but then never loads and never submits the form.

    I have also tried using the iframe embed code and it cuts off the submit button entirely.

    Please advise. 

     

    Update: Fixed it with all the help from me, myself & I.

    Please try embedding the Iframe code again: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code 

    Before you embed the code, paste it in a text editor like WordPad, you will notice two part of codes, only copy and embed the Iframe part, example:
