Have you been changing settings for Submissions?

    I usually prefer to work in internet explorer.  For the last couple of weeks I have noticed inconsistency in accessing submissions.  Chrome view and access looks like below which includes a navigatgion bar on rhs - Explorer is inconsistent - some days I log in and I have a side bar and ability to produce a PDF and other days I do not.  I don't believe I have changed my settings and I prefer to work in explorer than Chrome. Could you please advise if there is a solution or can I only work in chrome now?

    We didn't do any changes in Submissions page for a long time, so that shouldn't be the reason.

    Is it possible you could share the screenshot of the problem?

    Thank you for your prompt response.  Below is a copy of the screen.  There is no scroll bar on the right hand side of the submission copy so I cant view all the details of this submission.  The PDF Tab is displayed but doesn't function.  The screen function well until about a week ago.  Since then, the function changes from day to day in that some days I can view the scroll bar and download the PDF and other days the functions are disabled.  I don't know if our Tech people have made changes to our access which now affects this function.


    Your advice will be much appreciated.

    Just to clarify, is this issue only happening in Internet Explorer? Please try to use the compatibility view feature:

    Internet Explorer 9 - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2536204
    Internet Explorer 11 - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17472

    If you are still having issues, please provide the version of the Internet Explorer you are using and your Operating System version.

    I am not sure which version of Internet Explorer i am using so i shall change over to Chrome until our IT techie returns from annual leave
