Incomplete form, how to receive payments?

    Hello!! I have two forms from customers that are incomplete.  I do I get them to go through so that I can receive the payments??

    Incomplete payments https://www.jotform.com/help/272-Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ will occur if your users close the form/page before finishing the payment.

    If you complete those submissions, a user will not be charged, the only way for user to be charged is to submit the form again.
