No one has replied to my seven e-mails about Spud in two months. Can I call or receive a call or e-mail?

    I never used any other screen name; this is the one and only e-mail I have ever used since the very first day I started using a computer about 20 years ago.  You folks even sent me two updated pictures of Spud to this very same screen name, which I will attempt to send back to you so you can see.
