How to access recordings made by voice recorder widget?

I have a form that uses the voice recorder widget to record multiple sound files. When a form is submitted, I see the submission online and receive an email. When I click on the links in either place, the .wav files automatically download, but when I try to open them in a player or audio software, they do not work (I keep getting an error message that it is "not recognized"). How do I fix this?

So the issue must be related to the application you're using to open that wav file on your device. Please try using some other one, for example, I used Quicktime player above and it worked fine.
