regarding form not getting saved and some fields missing

sir,

i have created a form.its ok till this.when i cloned one form.and make changes to

cloned form.but logo is missing and what ever i made changes those are not saved.

i deleted some conditions and also deleted some field from form.but in conditional logic

all previous form fields are appearing although i deleted those.

why this is happening.

Are fields deleted in the From Builder, but they are still shown on the live form?

Please provide us the links of the original and cloned form, so that we can inspect them. 

Also, provide us a screenshot of the fields from your live form, that should be deleted.
