Good morning I have a problem with my form. In the add file section of my form I have included all the formats that users can upload when they use the form from my site. But every time I try from my site to complete the form and upload two photos.jpg gives me the following errors. What i have to do?

I checked your webpage https://studentsadvisor.net/, but the form on that page is not JotForm form. Please provide us the exact page where your form is embedded, so that we can test it.

Can you replicate the same issue when you test your standalone form?http://www.jotformeu.com/form/80943230716353

If not please re-embed your form with the iFrame code to see if that will resolve the issue.

    Hey there,

Have you tried to change your embed code to the iFrame version as BJoanna advised? This may resolve if there are any script conflicts.

Also if you are still having trouble regarding this, please share with as any possible console errors. You can use this guide if you need to: How to get console errors
