We are trying to develop an online shift signup registration form for a upcoming event. There are a limited number of positions for each shift.
I incorporated the gift registry widget as it was suppose to eliminate the number of position available as people signed up. I've been doing some Beta testing on the sign up and it all works good but when I go to submit selections it does seem to save or record my selected shifts.
I was wondering if some could share some insight into what might be happening with widget.
If you scroll to the bottom of the URL link below you will see a button that takes you our Beta version of the shift registry.

I assume you are referring this form: http://www.jotform.ca/form/80920301184245
I tested your form by cloning. It seems the 'Quantity Gift Registry' widget is broken on your form. Could you try to delete and re-add the widgets on your form? It will probably solve the problem.
Also, you may want to try 'Gift Registry' widget, too.
Let us know how it goes.
