Form not working

    All of a sudden our form has stopped displaying the next and back buttons have disappeared. The background is also not displaying. What can we do to fix this? People cannot fill out our form.

    Hi,

    We've inspected your form and couldn't see any problem. Background image, next and back buttons seem to load properly. The problem might be temporary. Can you please check your form again and contact us if the problem still exists?
