Why I'm not receiving completed forms?

    I just went in an found the last few weeks of questionnaires have not been forwarded to me.  This happened before and you found my email blocked.  Can you check it for me, please?  Thanks

    I'm not sure if this is the email that you should be receiving emails to steven.ward@g2fi.com?

    I checked it and it is not in the Bounce list:
