    Hello there!

With most payment gateways there is a confirmation of a transaction that is forwarded to them when the payment is completed.

You can customize a receipt if you wish and send it to your customer using an autoresponder notification.  For an invoice number, you can use a unique ID field if you wish.

Here is a guide that can help you create one.  Take a look at it and let us know if you need further assistance.

But how do you add in a total?

    Hello charter4conservation,

When you receive the submission email, you should receive the list of product which user's have selected and the amount as well.

If you need to just display the order total or if you need to display the total separately, you can use the "total" parameter in your auto-responder / notification emails. Example: If your payment question field name is myProducts then you need to add {myProducts:total} in the email template.

I did check your form and found that the name of your payment question is "{registrationOptions32}". You need to add {registrationOptions32:total} in your auto-responder email template. Please check the screenshot below:

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

Worked out that I could add the ABN by adding an extra <p> tag to the HTML. Easy :) Love this tool.
