    Hi,

      I created a boot form for our department with images on radio buttons so its clear to employees on what they are getting.

      The email, depending on the department, is sent to the appropriate supervisor. In the email, is there a way to just have it say the boot name and not the coding of it? Please see attached photo.

    It shows:

    {"widget_metadata":{"type":"imagelinks","value":[{"name":"83606 Redwing Alloy toe (Slip Resistant & Oil Resistant)","url":"https://lmu.box.com/shared/static/0r9e1m07vr2wpo9ujf4xgk9ftof2j8jx.jpg"}]}}

    I would like it to show: 83606 Redwing Alloy toe (Slip Resistant & Oil)

    Hello fmquality,

    The contents should actually show as formatted and not in json array format. Can you please share with us the link to the form and the name of the widget in the form on which this happens?

    Thanks.

    It seems the Image radio button widget returns a broken format in the email content of both the autoresponder and email notification.

    I have forwarded this issue to our second level, so that they can check this our further.

    We will let you know via this thread if updates are available.

    Thank you.

    Hi fmquality,

    I think we have found the issue with your form. Can you please edit your "Safety Toe Selection"

    Properties>Field Details and remove the white space inside your UNIQUE NAME.

    Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.

    Thank you.
