Purchase Order - When an item is selected by default, can the checkbox be locked?

Hi there,

Hoping you may be able to provide some insight. I have incorporated 2 Purchase Order widgets in my form (one is through an iframe). They are located on Tab 5 + 6. 

On tab 6, I wanted to lock the checkbox to 'checked' for all 7 items (Standard Kit Elements) so it does not turn on/off.

Otherwise, users unselect an item, but the enforced range of 1-10 is not consistent with the 'unchecked' status.

Can you provide a way to fix this?

The only way to ensure a product is selected is to make it required:

If the product is not required, the user can uncheck the option.
