Not able to fill out the form so it stopped taking registrations

Last year when I did the RIDE4FAITH registration form it only took so many then you had to do something on your end to let others register .  PLEASE fix this for us immediately as people can't register.

I test the form https://www.jotform.us/form/80507220867153  and it is working just fine at this time.

I did noticed that non of the questions/fields in the form were set as mandatory or *Required -- meaning the form can be submitted without answering any of the questions.

This can result to empty/blank submissions.

I suggest you make some fields *required like the Email, Name fields to get data from the form respondents.
