Seems that none of my forms will load completely.

The form loads properly on my view, upon checking your form. Have you tried using a different browser to test if the problem is browser related? If so, you can try clearing your browser's cache.
If in case the problem persists, you can try checking your form on a mobile device using a different internet connection. It would also be great if you can tell us from which region or country you are accessing the forms, to see the probability if the problem is a regional issue.
