Hi, I'm getting multiple entries on my form due to the fact the submit button is too slow to change from 'Submit' to 'Please Wait', therefore during that couple of seconds my impatient form users click the submit button multiple times, submitting their data several times.
Is there a workaround to prevent this please? I can't see how I can add any conditions to the submit button.
I'm doing this on behalf of a client and she's getting very angry having to deal with multiple responses all the time.

UPDATE: In fact, I don't even know if this is the real reason we are receiving multiple responses. Is there a phone number I can call? I am tired of slow support and constantly having to ask for help. I am currently researching other options to use.

The best solution I would recommend for your form is for you to setup a unique question for either the Phone number or email field.
This will ensure no one can submit the form twice with these field replicated in the submission.
Below is a guide on how to do so. I your case I would recommend Phone Number to be the unique field.
