It seems that this is related to your Purchase for Asus. I checked our logs, and you have just paid for the Shipping Label. You should contact Asus support again for the cancellation and refund of your order.
Please note that Asus included a term, and as far as I could see it, it may take them up to 2 days to process your order. You can read the terms here;
