Your email is not in our bounce list when I checked. Is this happening with all of your forms or just certain form?
If issue is isolated to only one or two forms, kindly share to us the form URL so we can check. In the meantime, please follow the suggestions in our guide here https://www.jotform.com/help/364-Why-Am-I-Not-Receiving-Email-Notifications and see if that helps.
