I would like to find a way to display a ticket "counter" that shows individuals where their request is in a queue. Basically I want to subtract the total number of forms reviewed from the total number of forms submitted and display the info on my Google Site. I am collecting unique ids and submission numbers on two forms. The first form is for clients to create a ticket. The second form is a review form which is use to process the ticket. Is there a way I can subtract the most recent submission Number value from my REVIEW FORM from the most recent submission number value from in the NEW TICKET form. This would let clients know where in the queue their ticket is. The other option would be a way to highlight new submissions automatically in the grid report I have displayed on my site. Is there a way to do that?Don't know how to do screenshots on my iPad

    Hi,

Unfortunately it is not possible with JotForm in the sense that we do not have options for connecting fields from different forms nor reading a value from a field on a different form. We also do not have highlighting option for new submissions data on the grid list. We are sorry about that.

If you have any other questions or concerns, just let us know.
