I am using the conditions to display different information, depending on the birthdate that is entered.
The problem is that if the date is entered as 1/2/95 (instead of 01/02/1995), then it isn't recognised as a date, and the information remains hidden.

You have to use the pop-up calendar to make it work. Manually entering the date with incorrect format will be a problem. I guess disabling the date boxes will help, this is to prevent them form manually entering values. Just let us know if you need any help on disabling the boxes. Thanks!

I assume you mean the pop-up calendar that appears with the Date/Time power tool ??
That's not very useful if someone is 40 years old, and has to scroll through the years.
Why does the Birth Date Picker not work with conditions ??
I tried a note asking for date to be entered in correct format, but people just aren't very smart !!

Sorry but that is what I saw on your form currently? So I supposed you've replaced the birth date picker tool with this. Sorry though but birth date picker tool isn't capable of any conditions at this moment, there was a bug on it and it has already been addressed to our developement team. We can't provide any ETA to when this would be fixed but as soon as it is, we'll let you know. So I think Date/Time tool is the best option for now. We are sorry about that.
