My account is locked and i cannot log in

    hi i need immediate attention, looks my account is locked and i cannot log in.  can you please reach out asap so you can unlock and we can use?

    Please tell us your JotForm username or at least a URL of your form so that we can check the account.

    At this time, I was not able find an existing JotForm account using the email address you used on this post https://www.jotform.com/answers/1438258
