Hi!
I received an email saying that I need to delete a form and then my account will be restored. However, I am still unable to log in so that I may delete the form. Please advise.

I already proceeded to delete the fields from your forms in order to reactivate your account, I also deleted some passport number fields since it's considered as sensitive data and we would need some sort of proof that the information is required for your business.
Also, I noticed that your JotForm profile email address is under a free email (Gmail), please updated it with your corporate email address (under a custom domain).
