Hi, my login ID is "bannerfactory4u" and my email address is "bannerfactory4u@gmail.com".
I can't use my jotform account because of AUTOSUSPENDED.
Could you check and solve that problem?
I need to us some forms ASAP, thanks. :)

Your account was autosuspended because of the following form Dealer Registration in your account asking login information. This violates our terms.
We have deleted the login fields (username/email & password) in your form and unsuspended your account. You can now log in.
Please refrain from making fields like this to avoid account suspension.
