Why is that the time stamp of the submission has 1 hour difference than the actual real local time?

    Hi ,

I have tried made a submission myself at 11:30 HK time but in the excel the timestamp says "10:30"   and the pdf of each submission says "10:30" (and yet the name of pdf is also correct 11:30).  Is it my side my setting problems or it's the system?

    Thanks,

    Chloe

Could you check if the correct time zone is selected for your account in the settings page?

If not, please change the time zone setting to your time zone and see if the correct time is being displayed in the submission.
