Yes you will be notified via email when the account reaches the limits. Once you reach the submission limit your account will be temporarily be disabled and the forms will stop working however before this happens an email notification will be sent to you about the account status. The forms will only be reactivate once you upgrade or wait for the first day of the next month when the quota resets.
