I made a copy of the form and made a submission, the notification email went through. Please check your spam or bulk folders as it may have been filtered out by anti spam application. It would also be a good idea to add JotMail's IP addresses in your white list.
Please let us know if this works.

i put ip addresses in white list still not working.

Please try to set your form notifications "Sender Email" to email@example.com and see if it does work or no.

I have tested a clone of your form. have you received any notifications?
If not, try deleting and creating a new notification.
I added an extra notification on the clone to be directed to myself and it worked fine:
