You could forward the submission from your Submissions page: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions
However, if you want to be this automatic, you can simply add the new email address in the recipient list of your notification: https://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients
