Send out a notice on the first of the month to 12 people?

Is it possible to create a form that is triggered to send out a notice on the first of the month to 12 people?

That is not possible, it seems like you are looking for an email marketing software, or a news letter app. You could try using MailChimp: https://mailchimp.com/

Actually I am currently using a Google script for two different messages, one works well the other, which sends a sheet created from an integrated JotForm sheet, has a script bug I can't seem to resolve. Is this something that you might be able to help with?

One of your colleagues a few years ago, went beyond the call of duty and did some great work for me. I realized at the time it was not normally done, I just think he really got interested and did it.
